Very friendly personal and the hotel room was very comfy and perfectly equipt. The breakfast was as well really good with a lot of fresh options. We really enjoyed our stay.

During our stay the pool area was under construction, but they offered a shuttle to another hotel. The service was really nice, but the other pool area had not a lot of space to stay.

Location yet its not on google map and relatively was not easy to find but its close to Main roads and dubai mall, friendly staff. Room is spacious, quiet place. Nice breakfast yet not much variety. Liked the Karak tea

We liked the location and the view from the room.

We liked the location and the view from the room. We also liked the staff, they were kind, helpful and they paid attention to us. Liked the lobby as well and the outer of the building.

We didn’t like that rooms were not well cleaned. Dirty windows, dirty carpet, dirty bathroom. Although this hotel opened only a few months back it didn’t look like a brand new one - nor the furnitures, nor nothing. The bathroom was smelly because of the sinkers. We didn’t like that there was a warm water outage due to some maintenance - and got no compensation, but got cold due to cold shower. Nobody asked if we were satisfied with the room or if we enjoyed staying at all. The receptionist wasn’t kind at all during check out. It was not a 5 star experience.

A new, fresh hotel, good value for money but the location is back from the Downtown area.

Rooms are a good size, nice decor, bathrooms were nice.

No umbrellas/parasols around the pool. Breakfast buffet restaurant has lots of seating but the buffet area itself is small. It gets crowded.

I cannot judge the parking mechanism because it's a different company that is responsible for the parking , but they should give me the choice of parking my own car and pick it up, because when they bring you the car it'll take a while.

Convenient for short stays

Good breakfast, especially the choices of natural honey. Staff people at the breakfast are very friendly and give a good start to your day! Actually all the staff is nice and make efforts to please the guests. The room is nice and comfy. Bathroom size is good. Reception area is nice too.

Breakfast could be improved with more variety of cheese and fruits, smoothies/healthy juice cocktails, saj manakeech, etc. Very poor variety of TV channels unfortunately, many channels were just not working, and the technician when called to check the issue was not knowledgeable at all. I find the space around the bathroom sink very small and so not very convenient. The wifi was not so good. SPA treatments over expensive. Finally, some staff lacked experience.

Great comfortable clean hotel

The hotel is brand new with excellent facilities. Large rooms that are well maintained and set up- all the tech you would expect as well as comfy additions and lots of bathroom amenities.

My TV kept breaking due to the rain on one day- it is the only way you can view the room service menu so quite annoying.
